Thank you for your understanding. 

OOOPS: We handle replacements on a case-by-case basis. Should your puzzle arrived damaged, or there is a packing error by The Puzzled Co, email your order number and a photo to service@thepuzzledco.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will replace damaged or incorrect orders at no cost to the customer. 

Undeliverable packages: If an unopened package is returned as undeliverable to The Puzzled Co, we will contact you via email to reconfirm a correct mailing address and attempt resend your order. 

Lost or Stolen packages: We are unable to replace lost or stolen items.
