Shipping policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Thank you for your understanding (see our Return Policy for details).

Note: Some over-sized orders may require an additional shipping charge. Customers will be notified in advance should this arise. 

Shipping Process

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We do our very best to ship any order within 2-3 weeks. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Puzzled Co. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Track Your Order

You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email via Shopify that will contain your USPS tracking information.

International Shipments

We ship to almost any address on the planet. All International shipments must clear the Customs in your country which can delay the arrival of your order. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes for your country as well. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes The Puzzled Co to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that The Puzzled Co may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes and duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. Please note if you refuse delivery for any reason after your order has been shipped, you will still be charged all shipping costs.
