Pheasant puzzle artwork description:

This puzzle features a close-up photograph of a pheasant (Phasianus colchicus) sitting on rocky surface. A wall of mossy rocks and green brush are in the background. The pheasant calmly sits with its head in profile, so only one eye and its pearl-colored beak are prominent. The bird's yellow and black eye is surrounded by a patch of bright red feathers. Its neck has a ring of bright blue feathers coupled with a collar of white feathers. The bird's bulbous feathered body is a brilliant ombre shade of red to orange to rusty yellow. The layered feathers are tooth-like in shape. Experience what this bird might feel like with the textured printing featured in this photographic tactile puzzle.

We are a family business established in 1977, and revived again in 2020. The Puzzled Co. was started by Philip Einsohn, a former early-childhood educator turned Waterjet design expert. In his first year of teaching, Philip struggled to find educational puzzles especially for low-sighted and blind students and parents alike. He began crafting wood puzzles for his classroom and was one of the first to create Braille puzzles for children. Today, using innovative technologies like Waterjet cutting and textured printing, Philip has realized his vision of inventing Puzzles for EveryBody

™ as a unique, patent-pending, sensory art puzzling experience and classroom resource. All products are cut and printed in-house by Waterjet Works, our Dallas-based parent company.
